A Lunar Journal to Realign

The “Moon Guide - A Lunar Journal to Realign” is a journal that follows the lunar cycle. Every phase of the moon comes with its own illustration which depicts a landscape in a unique color scheme.

Each phase of the moon is also accompanied with a spiritual explanation to help and guide wellness for the reader. During that moon phase the reader is able to record their thoughts according to the moon phase explanation.

My goal when illustrating this book was to implement an illustration style that equipped complementary colors and simplified diverse landscapes into images that would make the reader want to continue to flip through the pages.

Let’s get specific…

The Moon Guide illustrates 8 phases of the moon, ‘New Moon’, ‘Waxing Crescent’, ‘First Quarter’, ‘Waxing Gibbous’, ‘Full Moon’, ‘Waning Gibbous’, ‘Last Quarter’, and ‘Waning Crescent’. The reader can mark the date for each phase and record notes on the following page.
The book is paper back, this intended to keep production cheap and encourage returning customers as new lunar cycles start over the coming month.
